Summer holidays

Me just like most people start to think about summer holidays around this time of the year. Last year we tried out some camping trips and the kids just loved them so much, so this year we are going for the camping again. 

I have to say im really looking forward to it. This year we are going full hog and doing the tent and gas stove. Last year we did soft start by glamping, but we wanted to do it properly this year. 

So we have air mattresses, enamel plates/bowls and mugs, gas cooker and proper cooler box and yes the tent too. But most importantly I have two reservations done. So we will visit Morriscastle and Westport House. 

Last year we visited River Valley and Nore Valley. My preference was Nore Valley, just cause you could see the playground from the tents and it was suitable for all ages. 

This year the hunt for more good family friendly camping sites are on. Any recommendations would be greatly appriciated.
