Pumpkin pie to sweet potato pie

So I made a pumpkin pie for Halloween and it was so yummy. Not today I had a big sweet potato to use up so result is two sweet potato pies. Can’t wait to tuck into this tonight. And as it has sweet potato in it it has a portion of your 5 a day?
It has been full house here last few days with a good bit of cutting and sewing. Here is a few of the bits iv done. Maybe that’s why I’m craving pies. My body needs to reenergize it? 😉
I have some busy cutting and sewing days ahead so I did get tomorrow’s dinner prepped tonight. Fish pie.
