More surprises of the menopause

So we all know if the hot flashes that is to come with menopause. Problem with sleeping isn’t any surprise either. Now the nausea has come as a surprise, it’s like morning sickness but without being pregnant! Another thing that has come as a huge surprise is mouth ulcers 🙊🙈. 

I did do a google (we all do) checking out webmd and found out going thru the menopause requires a lot of energy and the body’s resources and therefore it is actually very common to get mouth ulcers. So now you know! 🤣🤣

This weekend have been doing som crafting with the kids. The angel has gotten bigger wings, my big girl told me she needed bigger wings. Also I have discover Mod Podge this weekend and I cannot wait to have a go with this. What can be done with fabric and Mod Podge?? Yes I have been on Pinterest. I’m very keen to have a go with shoes! 👠
